It's a bidet conversion that takes the place of the standard seat. Contemplating why we don't have bidet's in the U.S. even though there are countries with >90% adoption, well Wikipedia is here to enlighten.
Nothing like a little rain in the forest. I didn't know they used bidets for babies and feet as well. I thought it was pretty dedicated to the nether regions.
